Aggressive driving and road rage cause more fatalities than driver fatigue and drug-impaired driving combined! With aggressive driving collisions on the rise, it’s crucial for your employees to know how to respond safely to aggressive drivers to stay safe on the roads. This online course is designed to help fleet drivers identify what aggressive driving and road rage are, understand how they’re dangerous and why drivers choose to react aggressively, recognize the triggers that can lead to aggressive driving and the strategies they can use to minimize risk while they’re on the road.

 After they’ve completed course, your fleet members will be able to:

• Define aggressive driving, describe how common it is, recognize the costs and explain why it’s a risk

• Understand their role in aggressive driving, how extreme emotions can cause them to lose control and how to respond safely to other aggressive drivers

• Describe the triggers that can lead to and increase the risk of aggressive driving and learn how to identify and manage them

• Explain how driving performance is affected by aggressive driving and why this increases the risk of a serious collision

• Identify the legal implications of aggressive driving behaviours
